How do I determine the beacons battery levels?

When starting an operational season its always a good idea to check the battery level of the Revl Beacons.

1. Download the following app to a device running iOS.  RadBeacon E (Android not supported at this time)
2.  Go to the area of beacon activation.  See this page to learn more about indetifying beacons and antennas. For beacons with directional antennas you may find reading the signal from behind the antenna to be sufficient.
3. Open the app and allow for it to scan the area.
4. The battery level will be displayed under the beacon name. 
5. Repeat this process for each beacon at the site. 
6. Replace any beacon batteries that are reading less than 40% battery.
