Sometimes a cameras SD card can become corrupted, preventing the capture of new videos. Revl support may ask you to reformat the cards on select carts to resolve the issue.
1. Make sure the WTM backpack has a battery installed.
2. Power up the camera by pressing the circle button.
3. Wait for the camera to finish booting and display and camera icon.
4. Unlock the controls by holding the select button marked with three lines for 15 seconds
5. Press the select button until the wrench icon appears.
6. Press the circle button.
7. Press the select button until you see an SD card. 
8. Press the circle button.
9. Press the select button to highlight the check mark. 
10. Press the circle button.
11. The camera will go through a brief process and return to the main screen. It is then ready to test.
