How to get started using Revl for coaster sites?

This is an outline for new coaster customer on: tools, how to escalate an issue to Revl, & links to troubleshoot docs, & other helpful resources

Tools:

1.  Cloud Portal -

Dashboard to view experiences and send delivery link to the customer if lost.

2. Local Portal -

more editing capability, only available on site.  Can be used for comps.

 

2.  Connect Stripe Account - 

This is your source of truth for sales and commissions.  

Users needs to be set up by Revl.  Once you have a login, you can access this dashboard.  Reports are limited.  If you need additional reports, please request them from Revl.
