WTM Installation Requirements

1) Coaster Modification Flow Chart

Below are the 3 main features that dictate whether the cart or Revl hardware needs to be modified.

2) Storage System

Info on the storage system and possibly photos. There are a few different systems they use to store the carts. Some are hung inside a shack and some are left outside. Also, the height of the entryway into the cart shed is very important. Additional clearance may be required to clear the mount. The image below is a good example of a cart room that may be an issue. additional photos/videos will be required.

3) Unique Coaster Attributes

The below image is a good example of a “unique attribute”. There seems to be an escalator system to get the cart into the shack. Features like this may dictate which side we need to install the mount on or modifications that need to be made before our system is installed. Its important that these issues our located before fieldops arrives.

4) Additional Questions:

1. How many carts do you have in total?
2. What is the max number of carts you have on the track?
3. How many lifts does the coaster have?  Does the coaster have more than 1 uphill lift? If so, how many?
4. What side do your customers get onto the cart?
5. Does the customer get on and off of the cart on the same side?
6. Do the staff stand on the opposite side to where the customer gets on and off?
7. Do you use rain covers? If so, how often?
8. How many riders do you see on a busy day?
