Why am I not seeing the riders photo when onboarding them?

The confirmation screen was not completed.  See screenshot below...

In Revl app,

Steps needed to onboard -

1.  Select package

2.  Enter Name and Email Address

At this screen, you need to swipe left to see the confirmation page (see below)

Confirmation Page (if you don't see this screen, the onboarding is not complete.
