How can I clean the wrist mounts (remove the sweat)?

They are mostly made up of neoprene and cordura so they don't absorb much sweat and can be cleaned/disinfected with a wide array of products. For a deep clean use warm water and a mild detergent. For quick cleaning any plant base disinfectant should be safe to use.
