This article is to help troubleshoot faulty cameras, overtime your cameras mag connectors may have worn down.
1. The magnetic connectors on the cameras should have 10 independent contact points inside the white plastic center. Look for wear in the white plastic between these points. Particularly in the row closer to the center of the camera.2. See if the magnetic rings are all in place on the cameras and the dock ports.
3. Make sure there is no debris stuck to any of the mag connectors on both cameras and docks.
3. Check the USB and power connection on each of the docks.
